• High School: January intake (main), May transfer window.
• College: January, May, and September intakes.

Before You Start

1. Select the correct class/program and section.
2. Enter student and guardian details exactly as they appear on official documents.
3. Upload clear scanned copies/photos of required documents.
4. Review all fields before submission. Incorrect entries may delay processing.

Required Documents

• Student passport photo (recent).
• Birth certificate or national ID/passport.
• Previous school report/transcript or KCPE/KCSE results (where applicable).
• Guardian ID and active phone number.
• Any supporting medical/special-needs documentation (if applicable).

Admission Fee and Follow-up

• If admission form payment is enabled, complete payment to finalize submission.
• After submission, keep your reference number to track status.
• You can use Check Your Form Status on this page at any time.
